Civil XLr8 is headed by Jeff Martin, a Registered Civil Engineer integrating technical Civil Engineering Solutions for over 10 years. He has been closely associated with Intergraph Infrastructure products since 1992 when he led the Water Resources and Bridge products certification teams at Intergraph Corporation.
